About the Owner

Joseph (Joe) Brown first started working in construction at the age of twelve when his parents built their own house. Two years later his parents built a spec house and again Joe helped in its construction.

Joe’s professional experience started with his senior year in high school and continued through college when he worked for some of the best old world craftsmen during summer and semester breaks.

After receiving his BA in Business Administration at San Diego State University, Joe returned to work in the construction industry full time. He grew through the ranks of construction working again with highly trained contractors until he started his own business, Brownco Construction and Development, Inc., in 1991. Joe has since then been catering to a very loyal and growing customer base to all of their construction needs.
